19th century revolving English library (made in Paris)

Late 19th early 20th. Stamped house j. Deru 24 places des vosges paris... Phillips base with wheels, I changed the casters to put something with an old look and a nice rubber to ride with a brake system to block the library) The library rolls and rotates on its axis.
