Table Marquina of Saarinen Knoll 1956 edition

This table dating from 1956 is one of the most famous projects of Eero Saarinen, a true classic of the twentieth century. The elegant and timeless Saarinen table fits as well in the kitchen or the dining-room than in public spaces or as meeting table. The beautiful marble "Marquina" (grey veined black) oval tray is supported by a central base in cast aluminum machine-polished and protected by a black Rilsan coating. The marble is covered with a glossy clear polyester varnish protecting it tasks.
