Biot signed glazed earthenware plates

Set of 6 large enamelled clay plates signed Biot. There is something perfect in these dense and heavy plates, in the clouds of the green enamel, in their simple and powerful, earthy form. Each plate, unique and shiny, has few traces of use. In the case of chicken, ravioli, quinoa, dandelion with bacon, pot au feu, risotto, omelette, avocado toast or small salted lentils, they replace both flat, hollow or salad plates, except for entrecote or sole meunière.
