Scandinavian vintage teak bar model "Bacchus" designed by Torbjörn Afdal in the 1960s for Mellemstrands Møbelfabrik, Norway. Torbjörn Afdal (1917-1999) is known for being one of the most prolific and respected of his time Norwegian designers. Afdal designs have been used by the first lady of United States Jackie Kennedy at the White House, by the Japanese Emperor Hirohito, and Norwegian Prime Minister Gro Harlem Brundtland. This unit consists of:-2 glass shelves - 1 tablet extensible - storage for 6 bottles - 2 drawers - his 2 original key - mirror inner Dimensions: H126 x L90 x P40 in superb condition, that some small traces inside, normal for her age. The color and grain of the teak furniture is beautiful. Large capacity of storage, good size and very nice style.
