Coffee table by Jean Charles circa 1970

Large coffee table square with a chrome and brass and two smoked glass tops, base Designed by Jean Charles, typical of Italian design of the 1970s and the hollywood regency style. 'Jean Charles' signature on one of the sides of the structure. Very good condition. The smoked glass tops are original, they display a few scratches from use but nothing nasty (on the picture you can see the biggest stripe). The corners are tiny chips on the inside, invisible when the tray is placed (see photos). The clean metal legs, nicely weathered by time, but crossed out or blacked out.
