Horgen Glarus office armchair

Bistro-style office armchair in the early 20th century, type "N°3" at Thonet, from which all the manufacturers of curved wooden seats of the time declined their own variant. Here is the oldest and most important Swiss factory - HORGEN-GLARIS, founded by Emil Baumann in 1880 (the same one who founded the Baumann chair factory in Franche-Comté twenty years later).
