Ancient white dove in porcelain biscuit Limoges 1950s

This sublime little sculpture certainly was inspired by the great masters of that time such as Matisse, Picasso or Braque. You can either expose the dove on a small pedestal or on a beautiful stone or you can, thanks to the two small holes in its belly, thread a wire and hang it. The dove, symbol of peace and serenity! Excellent condition, no shards or cracks. Note the usual wear and tear due to time. Inscription on top the tail of the bird: Limoges France.
