Pitcher

Original 1970, Höhr-Grenzhausen, Germany. Rudi Stahl has created a small workshop in 1938 and did all his pieces in hand, he was a Potter of studio rather than a mass producer. With its influences from the Japan and working with local clay and sandstone natural tones, his work is very different from many bolder and more experimental pieces coming out around this time. This pitcher is both practical and decorative. Excellent condition. Height 14cm, depth 13cm (at the base), diameter 9cm (top).
