Monix lamp Carlton majestic vintage 1920

Old Monix desk lamp in brass and molded glass circa 1920 in good condition. This wonderful art deco lamp of notary or banker type has a weight of almost 3kg, the mark is found on its foot weighted of cast iron and on the kneecap that holds the arm at the base. It is also signed Carlton majestic under the base, one would think that it is a lamp of the mythical Palace Cannois in the roaring twenties of the between two wars. The frosted molded glass Corolla represents a embossed dove in the purest art deco style. It works with bayonet bulb not supplied, the power cable is recent. It measures 25cm in height, for 30cm deep. The base is 15cm wide.
