Old lithographed spinning top dating from the 1930

Very nice old router dating from the years 30-40. The lithographed drawings are very sympathetic and in the taste of Benjamin Rabier, or of him? It is very decorative and works perfectly. It caters to a collector as much as to someone who wants to decorate a child's room or simply to have the pleasure of playing with an authentic toy.
