Engineers drawers

This is a handsome little antique table top chest which is ideal for use in an office or workshop, it is perfect for small tools, a handmade piece which could serve a variety of purposes. The chest dates to the early 20th century and is made of mahogany and mixed woods. It is simply styled and an evocative look well suited to a vintage inspired office or study. The drawer fronts are fitted with various small knobs, several are mismatched. The drawers have small brass label holders and the drawers are graduated, decreasing in depth towards the top of the chest. The wood has a nicely waxed and polished finish which is very well aged looking. CONDITION There are many marks of age and use, several of the knobs are different to the rest and two of the label holders are later replacements. It is a very well aged looking piece.
