Trumeau Louis XVI period. Relacquered wooden trumeau from the LXVI period, it is decorated with a gallant 19th century scene, mercury mirror and carved wood ornamentations. Note two later restorations, one at the bottom level, the other at the cornice and a small tear on the canvas.
