Description
Recall that the village of Accolay is located in Burgundy, near Auxerre. After the war, four young people study ceramics with Alexander Kostanda, and open a precarious workshop in this village. They start with buttons and jewelry. And very quickly launch a production of vases, pitchers, etc. They open stores in the service stations along the N6 and N7, way of the holidays towards the Mediterranean. They progress quickly and the whole village will work for this workshop which will close permanently in the early 90's. This vase is typical of the production of Accolay, its colors are particularly successful. He's in perfect condition.
