Industrial office lamp by Jan Suchan for Elektrosvit, Czechoslovakia, 1967

This simple and stylish lamp named type 1012 01 comes is considered an icon in the Czechoslovakian design history. Produced by Elektrosvit National company in Czechoslovakia, designed by Jan Suchan as one of his first designs when he was just 26. Elegant shape of this lamp made it timeless and used by students, government or police forces. Lamp is adjustable in all directions. Originally made in black bakelite. The metal chrome construction in very good condition. Works on one bulb, European plug.
