Trio of antique hand-painted plates

Charming trio of antique plates in fine earthenware, hand-decorated with a naive floral motif in vibrant colors: raspberry pink, leaf green, periwinkle blue, and luminous yellow. Each piece is edged with a burgundy border on a slightly wavy shape, a discreet signature of a rustic and delicate style at the same time. Unstamped, but all signed "CH" on the reverse, these plates strongly evoke the regional productions of Eastern France, notably Alsace (Soufflenheim) or Franche-Comté, known for their tradition of hand-painted decorative earthenware. The motif, both simple and expressive, is in line with the popular tableware of the mid-20th century. Diameter 23 cm Good vintage condition - slight signs of use on the edges, no micro-scratches from use, a very slight chip on the burgundy border on one of the plates. Ideal for a rustic wall decor, a vintage brunch or a mix & match table with retro charm.
