Teak construction with shaped sliding doors, a central compartment with smoked glass, three lower drawers and splayed dark wood legs. Scandinavian production, 1950s–60s. Scandinavian teak sideboard from the 1950s–60s, distinguished by the carefully composed graphic rhythm of its front. Slender frames in lighter wood outline the doors and drawers, emphasizing the warm grain of the teak. The sliding doors, with integrated grips carved into their shaped profiles, open to spacious compartments fitted with shelves, while the smoked glass of the central section introduces a refined contrast of material and transparency. Three drawers complete the composition, raised on a base with splayed dark wood legs. A design in which functionality, craftsmanship and attention to proportion effectively express the language of post-war Scandinavian modernism. Good condition. It may show signs of age.
