Pair of Scandinavian rosewood armchairs by SAX circa 60

Pair of vintage armchairs in modern Scandinavian style, made in Denmark by saxkjøbing savvaerk & stolefabrik (s.a.x) Structures are made of Brazilian rosewood and covered with black vinyl. The armchairs are comfortable, solid and stable. They are stamped s.a.x. Made in Denmark. The seats and backrests are all in very good original condition, they have been completely cleaned. In perfect condition with very slight traces and marks of use on the feet and structures and patina of time. ( see photos) No tears on the black vinyl, very slight traces of use and patina of time also. Note the marking/pattern, which you see on the upper right arm of the left chair, is the veining/grain of the wood, nothing else. ( see photos) These chairs have a modern, elegant and timeless design. Seat height: 46 cm. Armrest height: 67 cm. The price is for the whole.
