A slender gilded-metal frame forms the body of this magazine rack, enclosed at the sides by two shaped teak panels. The contrast between the fine geometry of the metal and the warmth of the wood gives the piece an elegant character typical of Scandinavian Mid-Century design. The central section is formed by a grid of thin metal rods, creating an airy structure that leaves the magazines and newspapers partially visible. The most distinctive detail is the upper handle, made of metal and finished with a teak grip: a functional element that also becomes an integral part of the design. The two slightly angled side panels have softly shaped profiles and rest on a curved base, further lightening the overall appearance.
