Sculptural 44cm brass "flower" theatre wall light, italy, 1970s

Article: Wall light. Producer: Origin italy in the manner of stilnovo, gio ponti. Age: 1950s. This modernist light was produced in italy in the 1970s. It is made from solid brass in form of a flower with with blossom elements surrounding the socket elements. This wonderful and rare light has three socket for e 14 bulbs directly at the top. The light is a one of a kind handmade blacksmith work with an extraordinary sculptural form. The wall light has a separate switch element on the front, please see images. The light remains in a good all original vintage condition due to the age with normal brass surface patina and slight traces of use. The light is an full working condition. Dimensions: Height 44 cm.
