Framed vintage herbariums, decoration, copper frame

Framed vintage herbariums, decoration. "montmartre" collection. Very nice set of six framed herbarium planks. The set comes from a herbarium made in france and dating back to 1955. The specimens depicted are: ranonculus arvensis, vicia cracca, ranunculus philonotis, vicia sativa, robinia pseudoacacia, sarothamnus scoparius. The boards are in very good condition, the paper is tobacco-coloured, there may sometimes be a few small holes of worms (less than a centimeter). The plants are perfectly preserved and have kept all their freshness. Each board has a hand-filled label stating: the plant family, scientific name, french name, vulgar name, date and place of harvest. Plank size: 32.4 X 33.7 cm. Size with frame: 36 X 35 cm. Custom-made frames in france, made of wood with a copper-coloured finish and plexiglass glass with anti-reflective treatment.
