Vintage Daybed sofa bed design by Wilhelm Knoll model Stella from the 1960s.

Rare convertible sofa model Stella, produced by Wilhelm Knoll in the 1950s/60s. The model is distinguished by its ingenious transformation system: each of the two seats can be deployed independently to convert the sofa into a chaise longue or a proper bed. Wooden structure, metal mechanism, and two wide seats accompanied by their fully original padded backrests. The sofa retains an old striped fabric in beige tones, giving a lot of character to the whole piece. A very beautiful piece of furniture, particularly graphic. In very good vintage condition with some signs of use consistent with its age. The fabric has 2 small stains and a localized tear at the back (barely visible).
