Photograph of a statue of Krishna, a statue that can still be seen in the collections of the Maharaja Museum of Alwar. This shot is from the archives of the Chiranji studio, which was the photographer of Alwar's Maharaja, Jai Singh. The statuette was dressed and adorned with jewels and flower necklaces for special occasions such as the day this photo was taken more than a century ago. Limited edition of 36 copies.
