Red 'Oase' lounge chair by Wim Rietveld for Ahrend de Cirkel, 1950's

The oase lounge chair was designed by wim rietveld for ahrend de cirkel in 1958, and gained the signe d'or price in 1959. A beautiful piece of dutch design! This chair is newly upholstered in a beautiful red kvadrat fabric (tonus 4, color 608) and has new foam. This version without armrests is a more rare piece. The black metal frame is in a good condition with some signs of age and use. Seat height: 40 cm.
