Bronze turtle XIXth Chocolate patina Fine carving

This bronze turtle is from the nineteenth century, it is reminiscent of a work by barye. It bears no signature, however no doubt about the age and authenticity. There is a nice carving, especially in the scales, on the legs. A beautiful golden chocolate patina. The work is of good quality.
