Large antique english chest of drawers, 'bow front' cabinet with 5 drawers and large round wooden handles, mirrored mahogany veneer on the front, pine base, beautiful object from the end of the 19th century. This characterful old cabinet, made to a very high standard at the time, has 2 rounded deep drawers at the top, and 3 large drawers below, 1 drawer has a new surface, the rest still has the original surface with blue paper covering that has been glued to it, at the top there were clearly perfume bottles for a long time, because a strong perfume smell is released, parts of the blue upholstery are worn, as shown in the photos. In good antique and largely original condition, here and there there is some damage to the veneer, a piece of a handle has broken off, the bottom drawer has a crack in the surface, but the whole exudes character and is still very sturdy, an old repair such as old screws in the side of the drawer with new surface, check the photos for more details!
