The chandelier features a decorative central column in a traditional style, with a decorative finial at the bottom from which hangs a faceted crystal ball. Five strands of glass beads, each with a crystal droplet, hang from the top of the central column. The six arms are designed in a scroll pattern with acanthus leaf details, leading to shaped candle drip holders, and the candle drips are card, matching the chandelier. The chandelier hangs from a small hoop, a 5-link chain (two of which are decorative), a bar, and a matching decorative cup-style ceiling fitter. It has French twin core wiring and accommodates six small screw-in type E14 bulbs. The bronze framework of the chandelier is solid and sturdy, showcasing a rich, deep, time-worn patina that beautifully reflects its age and history. The crystals are in good condition with no chips or cracks. The candle drips show signs of use with some wear at the tops.
