Fully upholstered chair called "toad"

Chair entirely covered in green velvet resting on 4 square-section legs themselves surrounded by velvet. The bottom of the seat is trimmed with multi-colored fringes hiding the legs. Made at the beginning of the twentieth century. Good condition.
