Modernist table, Dieter Wäckerlin for Idealheim, 1960

Superb modernist table from the 1960s attributed to Dieter Wäckerlin for Idealheim, from the 1960s. Characterised by its minimalist design and high-quality craftsmanship. Mounted on a solid yet discreet satin black steel base, a thick top dressed in teak incorporates an extension, originally black melamine, with a teak edge, finely adjusted in a sliding mechanism. It exudes a presence that is both simple and impressive. Fully restored, it is in impeccable condition, with slight discreet shadows possibly to be noted (it should be mentioned). Length: 162 cm + extension of 58 cm. Width: 86 cm. Height: 76 cm.
