Finely chiseled copper platter, Persian Iran nineteenth century

Rare thick plate (470 GRS) in finely chiseled copper of arabesques and writings in the Thuluth alphabet, two of these writings have been deciphered to me: "the greatness of our homeland" and the second "but the hour is near". I'll leave it to you to find the third. A word or a signature in the Center. Superb and long artistic work for this 19Th century collection piece.
