Coffee table with wrought iron base and enameled lava stone top by Jean Jaffeux (1931-2015) work from the 60s. A fan of unique pieces, Jean Jaffeux is an Auvergne artist known for his work in ceramics and enameling on lava. We find in this colorful table the influences of Jean Lurçat, a renowned artist and ceramist whose favorite themes are the sun, the rooster but also a whole bestiary of animals, foliage, etc. ... Very good condition.
