This is a vintage Cottage Ware or Cottageware teapot pot which is hand painted in a thatched cottage design by Price Kensington, England from the 1950s in a design called Ye Olde Cottage which is impressed in the bottom. Hand made in England. The cottageware teapot measures 6 inches high by 9 inches long spout to handle by 4.5 inches wide and would hold 4-5 cups.
