Jam maker

Nice jam cupboard, very parisian buffet, carefully renovated but it still bears traces of time and its history✨ (more than 14 hours of work.) I would have really liked to keep its sky blue patina but the wood was so eaten by woodworms and attacked by humidity in places; the bottom and the sides. So I first removed all that and treated it in two passes so that it was healthy again. The whole bottom was also cut by 3 cm, that's saying something👍 and in terms of style, I hesitated to put chicken wire on the sides but I absolutely wanted to keep the door with its cute little vintage lock... So for once, I went to get some brand new plywood. We closed everything properly. Mineral paint in cabblestone color (very light gray) from fusion. The old hinges were seized, so they are new in the end. To finish I added white metal feet (square in front, round in back) with integrated glides so that it is not directly on the floor, more practical and easily moved without damaging the floors. But you can remove the feet if you prefer without. A new shelf was also made for the interior. Dimensions: 44.5 * 64.5 * 64.5 high without the feet and 79.5 with. Very light gray furniture / raw wood top stained with walnut stain and washable satin varnish / white metal feet square in front and round in back.
