Large extendable oval table in solid elm – French craftsmanship, 1970s.

Elegant dining table made of solid elm, crafted in France in the 1970s-1980s. Its design features soft, sculptural lines, with an oval top and generously rounded edges, and a cylindrical U-shaped base, reminiscent of the finest French productions of the time, in the spirit of Maison Regain. The top easily opens thanks to a sliding aluminium mechanism to accommodate a central extension of 45 cm, allowing the length to increase from 150 cm to 195 cm. This configuration offers great modularity while maintaining perfect stability. The warm grain of the solid elm, the beautiful thicknesses, and the quality of craftsmanship make it a timeless piece, ideal for a contemporary, Scandinavian, wabi-sabi, or vintage interior.
