Pair of large benches made from solid blonde elm, manufactured by the Aranjou company in France in the 1960s/70s. They feature a beautiful grain of elm and a warm, luminous hue: the characteristic honey-coloured patina of Aranjou's light furniture. Sturdy and robust, they will serve their primary purpose as seating but can also function as a TV stand, a display for objects along a wall, or a bed bench (see last photos for illustration).
