Set of 10 silver-plated soup spoons, 'REX' goldsmith's work

Set of 10 soup spoons (21cm) in silver plated metal from the 'rex' silversmith house in paris, produced by 'orbrille'. 2 hallmarks on each cutlery '18 gr & rex' and on the knife blades 'rex symbole couronne inox'. Louis XV régence style, double-sided motif of finely intertwined leaves and long stems. This series corresponds to no. 0207 in the 'rex' silversmith catalogue. Circa 1950/1960. Note traces of use on the cutlery (see photos). This set of spoons is part of a set of 87 pieces which has lost none of its splendor and will undoubtedly last for several more decades. All pieces are sold in separate lots.
