Antique sauce boat in ironstone, model Ibéria, stamped "La Française E.G.T", early 20th century. This elegant sauce boat on a fixed base is typical of the fine earthenware productions from the Lunéville or Saint-Clément region, a prominent area of French ceramics. It is believed to have been manufactured in a Lorraine factory and then distributed by a trading house under the brand "La Française". Its Ibéria decoration, featuring frieze patterns with Hispanic inspiration, reflects the taste for exoticism and Mediterranean influences that were very fashionable around 1900. An authentic and uncommon piece, ideal for collectors, enthusiasts of antique tableware, or charming decor. In very good general condition for a sauce boat that is over a hundred years old! 📐 Dimensions: width approximately 24 cm – depth approximately 15 cm – height approximately 10 cm. ⚖️ Weight: approximately 500 g.
