Vintage Danish design highboard / sideboard in teak, 1960s. Sideboard or highboard made of teak veneer, characterized by typical Danish design with slender lines and refined details. The furniture offers plenty of storage space and is divided into different compartments. The upper section features a drop-down cabinet with narrow drawers and compartments behind it. Additionally, there are two doors with a bar area equipped with a mirrored wall, and an open compartment for display. The lower section consists of three wide drawers with three sliding doors below, providing access to spacious cabinet compartments. The sliding doors have inlaid wooden handles, while the drawers are finished with long, organically shaped wooden handles. The doors have semi-circular brass handles, creating a beautiful contrast and refined appearance. A characterful cabinet with beautiful details and a warm appearance, both functional and decorative in various interiors. Dimensions: W184 X H140 X D50>37 cm. The cabinet is in very neat vintage condition, with a repaired piece of veneer on the lower left side (see detail photo), appropriate for its age.
