Scandinavian teak chairs – attributed to Johannes Andersen

Elegant set of 5 Scandinavian chairs in solid teak, attributed to Danish designer Johannes Andersen, dating from the 1960s. Here we find all the refinement of Danish design: fluid lines, a curved woodwork, and a particularly harmonious silhouette. The curved armrests, in line with the backrest, add a lot of character and comfort. The set offers a very beautiful presence, with a successful contrast between the warmth of the teak and the black seats. An ideal set around a dining table, suitable for both vintage and contemporary interiors. Healthy and robust structure. The wood shows a beautiful patina with some signs of age, including a slight visible crack on one armrest (see photo), which does not affect its sturdiness. 📐 Dimensions: Backrest height: 80 cm.
