Burgundy stained parchment coffee table by Aldo Tura, 1960s

Very beautiful large parchment coffee table produced by aldo tura in milan, italy, in the 1960s. Characteristic of aldo tura's work, parchment is a dyed and lacquered goatskin that gives it its absolutely superb nuances and stitching. Very rare in this red color, between burgundy and purple. It has been completely re-lacquered with a transparent lacquer, and re-polished, and is in superb condition. Truly a very beautiful decorative piece, typical of the 1960s and aldo tura's production.
