Vintage Mid-Century Modern Swedish Square Rosewood and Aluminium Coffee Table

This coffee table was made by the Swedish manufacturer HMB Möbler, in Rörvik during the 1960s. The square top is finished with rosewood, featuring a dark, expressive colour and strong, hard grain. Rich grain patterns create a very interesting visual effect. The straight legs of the table are made of brushed aluminium with a metallic shine. They are connected by a rosewood beam. The table is characterised by clean lines and creates a harmonious composition of the materials used. Made with precision and attention to detail. It will successfully find its place in many arrangements, showcasing the aesthetics of the Scandinavian mid-century modern trend in the interior. The table is in original vintage condition. It has minor scratches, natural patina, traces on metal parts, and signs of age. We have a larger one (from the same series) in a separate offer.
