The plates are all in very good condition. No damage, no cracks or shrapnel, except to report a tiny leap of enamel on the outer edge of one of them, two millimeters, very little visible. The gold frieze on the marli is slightly worn beyond, but it seems that the plates have served quite little, the enamel being very brilliant. They come from the earthenware factory of fenal de badonviller, created in 1898 near lunéville in the vosges, and whose avant-garde social policy marked the first half of the 20th century. In 1950, the fenal group supplied 30% of the national production of faience, and employed more than a thousand people. Four of the six plates are marked with fb lapel and numbered in black ink. This is a production from the 1960s, during which the earthenware factory began to mechanize its production, thanks to a monstrous machine from the united states... The mint green is a tiny less bluish in reality than in the pictures. The plates are flat.
