I am offering for sale a Gilda armchair, designed by Michel Ducaroy and produced by Ligne Roset in the early 1970s. This model, which is no longer in production, is recognised as one of the direct precursors to the famous Togo. It fully embodies Ducaroy's research on "all foam" seating: organic lines, generous volumes, and a low seat, providing soft and enveloping comfort. This is an original piece, from a family purchase made in the 1970s, preserved since without restoration. Dimensions: Width: 90 cm. Depth: 100 cm. Total height: 70 cm. Seat height: 34 cm. Features: 100% polyurethane foam structure. Low lounge-type seat. Original removable black corduroy upholstery. Upholstery and volumes conform to the Gilda model. Condition: The armchair is in good vintage condition, with a patina consistent with its age. Structure is sound and stable. Original foam is still comfortable. Upholstery is generally well preserved. Note: a visible snag on the seat (see dedicated photo). This defect has no structural impact and has been fully taken into account in the price. The piece has never been restored. VISIBLE IN NANTES - Sale on behalf of a third party.
