Blue flared ceramic vase flared blue, green yellow

Enamelled ceramic vase (inside and outside). Flared shape. Yellow/green blue. In good condition. Two small defects (?) on the lower part of the vase (lack of material. See photo). Rated 15.15 and numbered 27 on the base. Heavy and of good quality. Height 28.5 cm. High diameter 20 cm. Diameter under the vase 12 cm.
