Thonet chair/armchair N°A846, 1928/30, by Otto Prutscher, leather seat

Thonet A 846 chair circa 1925, this production of Thonet Czechoslovakia is very rare and of a very beautiful Art Deco design. The page of armchairs 837, 845, 846, 847, 847F 848 F and 837 is commonly attributed to Otto Prutscher (see attached catalog of Thonet 1930 and Thonet-Mundus from 1928). Extremely comfortable seating position. Label under the seat. Seat upholstered in genuine cream-white leather, already patinated and in perfect condition. The attached photos of the construction details perfectly help to identify the period.
