Old swan collar lamp with green enamelled tole lamp. Rises and falls thanks to a tightening screw. Switch up on the day offal. Large electric cable. Works.the base is leaded in cast iron so very heavy because on some model that are not, this type of lamp stings the nose. Some traces of uses of course, given the time but no shock.
