Large Mid-Century Sommerso Murano Glass Vase by F. Poli for Seguso, 1970s

Stunning sommerso glass vase designed by flavio poli for seguso vetri d'arte (murano, italy, 1960s). This extremely decorative vase is made of green and orange glass. It is made with the sommerso technique of layering several colours of glass inside a single object. This technique was developed in murano in the 1930s and was very popular in the 1950s-1970s. Height: 28 cm; width: 12 cm; depth: 8 cm. Excellent vintage condition, no chips, no cracks.
