Vintage French silver-plated butter press, Coquillor style.

Elegant vintage butter press made in France, crafted from stamped silver-plated metal. Its ingenious design, characteristic of the Coquillor models from the 1950s to 1970s, allows butter to be transformed into delicate shavings or small shells, easy to present and spread. When fully folded, the item takes the form of a compact and sculptural piece with a beautiful shiny finish. It can also be repurposed as a decorative object for a refined table, a kitchen, or a collection dedicated to vintage tableware. The set is complete and functional. It is in very good overall condition, without pitting and with a lovely shine. Some light micro-scratches from use are present, as well as small scratches under the domed part used as a pusher, in accordance with its age.
