Emmanuelle peacock rattan chair

Large 70s Emmanuelle peacock armchair in rattan, wicker and bamboo. Very beautiful piece, majestic and rare by its style because it represents a butterfly in its back. Its size is also unusual: 143 cm in height and a width of 93 cm. Seat height without cushion 39 cm - with cushion 47 cm. Good general condition, traces of use and lack of rattan to note including on the part in contact with the ground, see photos. There are also three rattan spirals missing in the folder (see photos). All these small gaps do not hinder the stability of the chair and its aesthetic rendering. It is also marks of its history and age. The chair is sold with its original white cotton cushion. The latter has been cleaned, however a damp stain is to be noted on the back of the cushion (photos). Two areas of canning on the side of the folders, which gives the whole an unusual style.
