"Curtain" sideboard by Johannes Andersen and Uldum. Model U-18. Denmark (1965)

Johannes Andersen "Tambour" sideboard. Model U-18 in teak with retractable sliding doors. Model manufactured in 1960 for Oman Jun. Denmark. Upper section: 4 compartments, 3 with shelves and one with 3 sliding drawers. Lower section: a bar cabinet with bottle racks (7 bottles in total) a cabinet with an interior shelf (usable depth: 42 cm) three drawers, including a top drawer with a secondary drawer. Usable height: 10 cm. Good overall original condition. Two small stains and some marks on the varnish on the top. This large sideboard has been in our home in the Paris region since 1990. We are selling it to redecorate our living room. We have never tired of its presence and its timeless design.
