Polyamide handle and spout Color: Green, silver Dimensions: Length 32 cm Height 25.5 cm Diameter 17 cm Some signs of wear (see photos) The Bertaa Hot Kettle, an iconic object designed by the famous French designer Philippe Starck, is now exhibited in the design collection of MoMA in New York. Its low production makes it a rare object. The long side of this tube is the handle of the kettle, the short side is the spout. The kettle is filled by slowly pouring water through the small end. When it heats, steam escapes through this opening, giving the illusion of locomotion.
